    As you all know, a LEED certification is an industry standard for communicating how energy efficient a building is.  But how about a building’s impact on occupant health and well-being?  There is a new certification being proposed, called the WELL certification, that may just do that if it gains traction in the industry.  For more information, click the following link:

    The time is growing short for official comments to be submitted to the FASB/IASB boards about proposed accounting rules changes regarding operating leases.  Although there is resistance to the rule changes, many of the changes appear that they will come to fruition.  Click on the following link for an article on the latest developments.
